This Privacy Policy outlines how Dolphin Now manages, collects, and protects your data while providing our attendance management services.

Required Permissions & Data Usage

1. Camera Access

Used to capture user facial photos during clock-in and clock-out activities. Camera access is also required to validate API key credentials on your profile for secure communication with the Attendance Server.

2. Phone State

Used to read unique device identifiers (IMEI) to maintain data integrity and prevent unauthorized device spoofing.

3. GPS Location

Dolphin Now collects precise GPS location data to verify your clock-in and clock-out locations and to keep supervisors updated on work whereabouts. Location data may be gathered while the app operates in the background during active work hours.

Important: We do NOT collect any location data when the application is closed or not actively running. This application is free to use and may be ad-supported.

Our Privacy Commitments

To protect your personal privacy, we explicitly guarantee that we will NOT:

Access or record your phonebook, contact list, or call logs.
Upload unauthorized private photos to public servers.
Sell or send your personal data to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook or ad networks).
Store raw user passwords (all passwords are encrypted and inaccessible to developers).
